This quiet, tree-lined neighborhood is less than 2 miles from UT, less than 5 miles from downtown/SXSW, 15 minutes from Zilker Park and South Congress, and only 20 minutes from the airport. Plus, you're a 10-minute walk to the vibrant Mueller development, featuring Austin classics Chuy's and Kerbey Lane (and more!), an Alamo Draft House, a Sunday farmer's market, and an incredible running trail. You'll sleep well with 1 California king bed and 1 queen bed, both brand-new mattresses, in large bedrooms. The bathroom is vintage with original 1940s pink tiles (yes, pink!), and includes amenities like towels and hair dryer. The house features a large eat-in kitchen ideal for cooking in and a formal dining room that sits 6\.
