We recently stayed at this wonderful house for a family wedding. There were 6 of us with each couple having their "own space" without feeling cramped or on top of each other. The house is laid out so brilliantly, every detail is so well thought out. My elderly parents were able to use the main floor queen bedroom walk out to the backyard, and a full washroom located right beside it. There are two other bedrooms on the second floor. A queen bedroom with full ensuite washroom and walkout balcony. The primary suite upstairs is beyond stunning with a king bed, incredible private balcony over looking the backyard and a huge ensuite with soaker tub, walk in shower and double sink vanity. All of the beds were extremely comfortable with great linens. The kitchen was well appointed and laid out so well. The living area was comfortable. Everything in this house was in excellent condition, super clean and fully functional. We cannot rave enough about the area and location of this house. Although you are only around 400 meters from South Congress, the area is so quiet and peaceful. The street has huge mature trees that are protected. You will notice that some of the homes in the area have literally built their homes incorporating the trees into the actual building design! You truly couldn't ask for a better location than this house. We could walk to the coolest bars, live music, funky shops, delicious restaurants, all within a few blocks of South Congress. The home is lovely - modern/spacious with comfy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - which we needed for 4 girls. We all really liked the location: safe neighborhood with a very short walk to get to all of the restaurants / bars / shops on Congress, and an easy Uber ride if you want to head over the river downtown. Definitely highly recommend - would love to stay here again if we return to Austin.
