Enhanced by ATT\`s 1000 Fiber high speed internet, this light filled serene home is perfect for digital nomads, families, tribes, and friends getting together. Enjoy complementary access to our huge community pool and park! In order to maintain an allergen free home for our guests, pets and support animals are not allowed. This is a Zen inspired home with a quiet, serene ambiance. It is ideal for guests seeking a calm, peaceful experience. Guests will have access to the lobby, living areas, kitchen, all 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as the fully equipped laundry area with HE washer and dryer as well as ironing board and iron. The owner or the manager is available by Whats app. Located in Forest Creek, a Golf Course Community, this beautiful home is just around the corner from a shaded community park and play area with splash pools, a 25-meter outdoor lap pool and tennis courts. Forest Creek is a very safe area with plenty of sidewalks for walking and running. It is close to all that Round Rock anf Pluggerville offer, including Kalahari, Dell Diamond, shopping outlets etc. A car is ideal. However, UBER and Fasten are available. There is no public transportation available. All 3 beds are IKEA beds and are low to the ground. The driveway is on a slight incline and the stairway leading into the home is steep. This home is not suitable for individuals who have mobility concerns. I\`m happy to share my home and house rules with you to create a mutual understanding that our home environment remains safe, clean and welcoming for all our guests and family. 1\. Strict no smoking, no vape, no incense, no candles, no drugs policy. 2\. No pets or support animals due to allergies. 3\. Please remove shoes upon entering. 4\. Please be quiet around the community, and in the home. No parties. 5\. Please eat only in the kitchen and dining area. Do not take food into the bedrooms. 6\. This home is not handicap accessible. The beds are low to the ground. The driveway and the steps to the doorway are on an incline. 7\. There is a gas fireplace in the living area. The vent stays open and does not need to be adjusted. This is an open fireplace which you are welcome to use at your own risk. Please return the key and the lighter to the mantle before check out. 8\. We recycle. There are 2 big bins in the Garage. Brown for Garbage and Green for Recycling. Pick up day is on Tuesday. The pool is located 1 block, 2 minute walk down the street. There are pool towels in the hallway. A fob will be provided at check-in. You can leave it hanging by the door on the key hanger at check out. Community Pool with Splash Pad & Kiddie Pool Open 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. 7 days a week, 365 days a year Adult Lap Swim from 6-10 am and 9-10 pm Park Hours: Open from 8:00 a.m. until sundown. Tennis courts close at 10:00 p.m. A checklist for checkout: 1\. Please leave used towels and linen in the bathtubs. Start a wash of towels if you can. 2\. Please put all garbage in the bins in the garage. 3\. Please clean and put away all kitchen items you used during your stay. 4\. Fold and put away all extra blankets you may have used. 5\. Return the pool key on the key hanger by the front door. 6\. Return fireplace key to the wall insert and lighter to top of Mantle 8\. Return TV remote to the counter by the kitchen sink 9\. Clean and put away baby crib, mattress, sheets and high chair in the hallway closet. 10\. Unplug all electrical items, turn off all lights, check the patio lights before leaving. Thank you. I look forward to hosting you. Celina FOREST CREEK COMMUNITY POOL RULES THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD PLEASE READ CAREFULLY The key gives you access to the Pool and the Tennis Courts. Please leave it on the key holder by the front door. There is a $100 fee for lost keys. 1\. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised at all times by the adult resident while at the pool. 2\. It is each parent’s responsibility to keep alert of their child’s whereabouts at all times while inside the swimming pool and other amenity areas. 3\. The amenity facilities are for the exclusive use by the Forest Creek HOA members (and authorized residents) and their accompanied guests. Members are responsible for the supervision and conduct of their guests. All others will be treated as trespassers. 4\. Park closes at sundown. Tennis courts close at 10 P.M. Trespassers will be prosecuted. Amenity area is under video surveillance 24 hours a day. Trespassing or vandalism will be prosecuted. 5\. No pets allowed in the tennis courts or pool area. Pets will be on a leash at all times. This is a “people park”, pick-up after your pets. 6\. No use of radios or other noise producing devices except during HOA sponsored events. 7\. No use of profanity or threatening, abusive, boisterous or insulting language while on the premises. 8\. No lewd or offensive behavior of any kind. 9\. No glass containers of any kind in the amenity area. Place all trash in the trash bins. 10\. The use of roller blades, scooters or skateboards is not allowed in the park, pool or tennis court. (There are no facilities in the amenity area suitable for these activities at this time.) 11\. The gates in the amenity area are to remain closed and locked at all times. Do not prop open the gates or admit unsupervised visitors or children. 12\. All guests must be accompanied and supervised by an adult resident at all times. 13\. Each resident family may bring up to five (5) guests to the pool. 14\. The pool will be reserved for HOA sponsored activities such as the Forest Area Swim Team (FAST Frogs). The pool may not be reserved for private parties. 15\. Babies and those children that are not toilet trained must wear tight fitting, plastic lined swim diaper AND a swimsuit. Disposable swim diapers like Huggies Little Swimmers are not allowed. (They can clog and destroy the pumps.) 16\. Children/Infants that are sick with Diarrhea shall not enter the pool! Children that are not water safe, including those utilizing water wings or any other type of flotation device, must be accompanied in the water by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 and be within arms length distance at all times. 17\. Any person having a skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, nasal or ear discharges, open wounds, or any communicable disease shall not enter the pool. 18\. No tanning “oil” is allowed in the pool (it collects and gums up the filtering system) Sunscreen “lotions” are acceptable and recommended if applied at least 10 minutes before entering the water. Showers are recommended before entering the pool. 19\. No running, pushing, scuffling, or rough play, is permitted in the pool area. No footballs, or tennis balls, soccer balls, basket balls or any other ball that upon impact could hurt other swimmers or cause other damage to the facility are allowed inside the pool area. 20\. No diving or jumping into the pool. No “somersaults”, “back dives”, “cannon balls”, “preacher seats”, “can openers” or similar type entries from the edge of the Pool are permitted. 21\. No food or drinks in or within eight (8) feet of the pool. 22\. No tobacco products of any kind are permitted inside the gates of the pool. 23\. Proper swimming suits only in the pool. No thongs, cut-offs, tee-shirts, or street clothing. 24\. All bobby pins, hairpins and other such items that can fall out of the hair and clog the filtering system are to be removed before entering the pool. 25\. Water toys: Water wings and small, one-person floats, “noodles”, etc. are allowed. Only rubber coated sinking devices may be used for diving games. (Rocks or metal objects can damage the surface of the pool). Balloons are NOT allowed inside the gated pool area. (Broken balloons, like diapers, clog our pumps, which are expensive to repair.) 26\. The pool furniture is not to be removed from the pool area. Other furniture is not to be brought into the pool area. 27\. In the event of inclement weather, swimmers are to clear the pool during the storm and for at least thirty (30) minutes after lightning and/or thunder are last heard. 28\. It is the responsibility of all residents to report any suspicious behavior or unsponsored non-residents that are in the pool and park area. If you invite unregistered guests to the pool, you will be evicted from my home. 29\. Users of the pool area are responsible for removing all articles they bring to the pool at the time they leave the area. 30\. Shoes or sandals are to be worn while walking to the pool, so that only clean feet enter the pool. We felt so very welcomed! Host was always available, and contacted us the first couple of days to ask if we had any questions, and to make sure that we were settling in comfortably. Home is very clean, spacious, and perfect for families. It is in a perfect location and easy access to food and more. My family stayed at this beautiful home during Christmas. The neighborhood is peaceful and the home had everything we needed and more! I mean everything!!! From variety of coffee and tea to bandaids and antiseptic. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated...and so comfortable! There were decks of cards and games in the dining room and our adult kids came over and played at the square dining table that seated 8\. We also sat at the patio table in the afternoon and enjoyed the lovely backyard. The owner was very responsive when I had a question. My question was answered within 5 minutes! We came to town to visit with family and the home was a perfect home base for us. The home has a terrific layout for spending time together, the space is comfortable and relaxing. There was plenty of extra blankets and towels, the kitchen is well stocked. We appreciated the fans & nice toiletries! We had nice family dinners and took advantage of the beautiful community pool a short walk away. The space had everything we needed and then some. The home is clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were able to easily relax and work. Groceries, parks, restaurants, and shopping are close by. The location is convenient for exploring Austin, Round Rock, and the surrounding areas. The neighborhood is very safe, beautiful, and peaceful.
