It was completely different than pictured. They offered to clean after I complained which isn’t enough. The property should be clean before arrival. I cannot emphasize how much of a disappointment this entire stay was. Dirt/debris under beds and couches, counters were not clean, bathroom mirrors were not clean, there was MOLD, vents had months worth of dust, other vents were rusted, walls did not even go to the floor, the floors were uneven, ice machine did not work, etc. the list could go on for DAYS. Easy to communicate with representative who was quite responsive, which I really appreciate. Early check in, late check in all come with a cost, which is not typical but I got frustrated that when I asked for late check out (flights home changed) from needing to leave at 1 instead of 11 I was denied even being willing to pay fee. Mind you, check in is 4 so us leaving at 1 should not have been a problem for the new occupants. We were stuck wheeling our luggage around town! The television is VERY difficult to maneuver and for a college football weekend that was unacceptable. I tried to communicate with management to no avail. This place was the perfect fit for my family. Coming to see a concert at the movie center. The location was absolutely amazing. Parking was super easy in the garage. There was tons of space, great beds, in an awesome neighborhood. The host was super attentive, and we were even able to book an earlier check-in time! Definitely a great place to stay in downtown Austin/West campus area! ##### Zach S.
