Easy to communicate with representative who was quite responsive, which I really appreciate. Early check in, late check in all come with a cost, which is not typical but I got frustrated that when I asked for late check out (flights home changed) from needing to leave at 1 instead of 11 I was denied even being willing to pay fee. Mind you, check in is 4 so us leaving at 1 should not have been a problem for the new occupants. We were stuck wheeling our luggage around town! Oct 21, 2024 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Horrible stay Property was absolutely disgusting. It was completely different than pictured. They offered to clean after I complained which isn’t enough. The property should be clean before arrival. I cannot emphasize how much of a disappointment this entire stay was. Dirt/debris under beds and couches, counters were not clean, bathroom mirrors were not clean, there was MOLD, vents had months worth of dust, other vents were rusted, walls did not even go to the floor, the floors were uneven, ice machine did not work, etc. the list could go on for DAYS. Management was responsive but absolutely 0 help. Management also lied on two different occasion. Would not recommend to my biggest enemy. ##### isabella m. Nov 27, 2023 Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy #### ANTS! & difficult TV In the bathroom off the kitchen, the tub had an infestation of ants. We were unable to use that bath. The rest of the unit "appeared" clean, except the floor was filthy as evidenced by white socks turning black on the bottom! The television is VERY difficult to maneuver and for a college football weekend that was unacceptable. I tried to communicate with management to no avail. The low score for check in relates to the fact that the entry code will not arrive until exactly 4:00 check in. The unit is sitting there empty and we sat in the street waiting.
