It's in a perfect location for going to a football game and walking around campus. Close to a great little convenience store (Orange Market) and well stocked for a weekend stay. The communication with the management company/property owner was amazing - they are very responsive and helpful. The unit is on the top floor and I will say there is a VERY loud humming noise that comes into the 2nd bedroom/bathroom (presumably from the AC units on the roof). They do provide white noise machines (and when we were there in October, the units did not run at night so it didn't disrupt sleep). The bunk bed in the loft is pretty squeaky, so not good for light sleepers. We would totally stay here again. ##### Lori L. We could walk everywhere and the parking garage was convenient. The loft bunk bed was a little wobbly and my daughter wouldn't sleep on the top bunk because of that. Space was fine. However, with a very high cleaning fee I would have hoped for a clean residence. Instead, it was filthy. Think college apartment with a college kid clean up now being rented out. The light switches were just disgusting and the dirt on the floors was gross. The location was great and if you are a bunch of folks going to a game and don’t care about cleanliness, the place is fine. Wish VRBO allowed pictures to be uploaded. ##### Judy C.
