I initially chose this beautiful property based on the location and the fact that it had a balcony. Unfortunately for me, it’s located next door to Aussie’s Sports Bar where they play volleyball from 8am-midnight on weekdays (even though they don’t technically open until 11am). I was unaware of this fact when I mistakenly selected to stay here to recoup from surgery. The nonstop yelling and whistleblowing all day and night long made me miserable & I wasn’t able to utilize the balcony because of how loud it was outside.

Check-in was as described and very easy. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and large. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, large refrigerator, ice maker and all the necessary things. The washing machine (even with detergent) and dryer in the apartment in a separate room were very practical. As requested, we had an apartment on the 9th floor with a view of downtown. Thank you for that! In the evening we enjoyed the view of downtown from the balcony. Beautiful! The pool area is very nice. The free parking in the secure garage is an additional plus. The staff was very friendly. Safe location and close to downtown. Overall, we really enjoyed our five-day stay and would definitely recommend the Catherine.

The location of the apartment is great. You can walk to most of the attractions of Austin. It is great to have an free indoor parking lot. The size of the apartment is perfect for three people. The coffee in the lobby is delicious.

Long story short. The building is classy, but the room was very meh. Sheets didn't fit the bed, shower had dark mold on the grout, the patio screen door was a mess and the ceiling fan had issues.

Fabulous location! We walked everywhere. All the different codes were a little confusing at first but we got the hang of it eventually. Especially the main door code - it says to push pound after the code but there was no pound option. Someone is always at the front desk to buzz you in so it worked out ok. Overall a very pleasant stay and we’d definitely book here again!

Beautiful property in a chic building. Stayed here with a co-worker to attend a conference at the Hyatt Regency next door. The condo was beautiful - just as shown in the pictures. And the views of the city and river were fantastic! Sonder was quick to reply to any inquiries I had and the check-in was simple. The large tubs in the bath are very high (great for soaking) but without any grab bars, they might be a challenge for less nimble people to get in and out of. However there is a great stand-alone walk-in shower in the master bathroom.

Great property and very responsive Management Company. The building staff were very helpful and personable. The apartment was spotless and very nice. Great location and nice view. Exceptional value. Highly recommend.

This was more of an apartment than a hotel, and I loved it. Quiet, comfortable, the perfect location. I travel to Austin for work and will definitely stay here again.

I wasn’t able to get in my unit. None of the codes worked, and the concierge couldn’t help bc they weren’t affiliated with Sonder. They had to cancel my reservation while I was stranded at the place at 2am. I was luckily able to walk down the street to Hyatt. They gave a refund, but we’re no help in having to pay for a last minute hotel. I would suggest NOT booking a place through Sonder

It’s great stay. It’s one bedroom Unit in one of luxury residential apartments near to downtown. Very safe and nice neighbors. Free coffee in the lobby. All as pictures and extremely clean. The staff responded quickly. Brought extra blanket within one day.

The 24hr concierge is a bit intrusive, but other than that I had a great stay! Very quiet...OH YEH THE PARKING SUCKS! You have to pay outta pocket like 32 a night...

The location and view were amazing. The parking situation was a nightmare. You think when you book a hotel the parking would be organized but it was not. There is an automatic gate in the garage that will not open if you are not a permanent resident of the apartment complex, this was a pain trying to get in and out and when arriving back after 7pm there was no more parking and you had to park in an outside lot with no security , which yo I had to pay for for 2 days to stay over night.

I loved the apartment, it was spacious and clean, fabulous view, and enough amenities that if I wanted to stay there for a while I would have been very comfortable. The view was gorgeous, we could easily walk across the bridge to Downtown Austin which we did several times during our short stay, and there was a pool and rooftop bar as well. It costs about the same as a hotel in downtown but I much prefer the privacy, the homey feel and actually dealing only with passcodes and no keys or front desk was really nice. I'll definitely Sonder it again now that I have tried it!

Beautiful place but not a hotel
Beautiful apartment but this is not a hotel! Made it difficult initially to leave our luggage though the apartment concierge did do us a favor ultimately. Trade for having full amenities of kitchen, laundry and beautiful rooftop view is no food services and very noisy construction early in the morning
