Un hôtel parfait après un très long vo
Nous sommes arrivés très tard, il n y avait pas de navette , on a pris un taxi , on a eu notre chambre au rez-de-chaussée chaussée , très bon accueil , très bonne literie , tres bon petit déjeuner et la navette qui nous a ramené à l aéroport rechercher une valise oubliée. Positif dans l ensemble

Very close to the airport. There was no paper or pens in the room and we really needed them. Went to front desk and the only pen they had was the.one the clerk was using. Therenshould be a pen and notepad available

This property was way overpriced. The carpet was all ripped and shredded around the tile. There was paint on the walls holes in the walls with drywall over it. It smelled damp and musty. Just eight minutes away for a little more money were beautiful places to stay. Not worth the $176 US

The room itself was decent. Staff was good as well. What I didn’t like was the foot traffic around our room. Had some people hanging out in the corridors which I didn’t like. And the corridors didn’t have the best smell.

The hotel is in need of more remodeling the paint job is terrible paint spots all over the carpet and trash and junk pile up behind the pool area. The pool may not work anytime soon

Check in was great and the front desk staff was friendly. The property outside was run down with weeds, mismatched broken chairs to sit outside. The interior had different paint throughout with many areas needed repair. The room had cockroaches, missing lamp shade and the shower rod was attached to a piece of wood that was drilled into the wall. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and would advise you to stay away.

This hotel needs a renovation. My room the toilet was lose on the floor and also tipped over and the shower was coming detached from the wall. When you step in the shower you could feel the floor under the tub giving out.

This hotel has big problem. I had to switch 3 times from one room to the next. Most of the rooms are smelly, I found cockroaches and took pictures and told front desk. Some Lights, and tv didn’t work. Continental breakfast is not so good. Basically this hotel needs to be remodel or shut down for health reasons. I even asked front desk to give me discount but she said already discounted, which was over $90 per night, must be kiiding. However I didn’t say anything and paid the bill as is. I won’t recommend anyone to stay there. I have nothing against staff. Owner or company should be responsible for not providing proper enmities and services . Hope this helps.

The best thing going for this property is the staff. The manager, Rebecca, was one of the most friendly and helpful hotel staff team members I've ever encountered in many years of travel. She went out of her way to be helpful, answer questions about the hotel and area, and to make me feel welcome. If all this hotel's clients are treated like this, repeat customers will be the norm! Another plus for air travellers is the proximity to the airport - only a 4 minute drive by Uber or Lyft. (I tried walking from the airport, but be aware their are not sidewalks for much of the trip and you have to walk a bit in the edge of the road when leaving the airport terminal which can be unsettling. I definitely would not recommend attempting this at night) The hotel, unfortunately, does not currently offer a shuttle service though Rebecca said this is being reconsidered for the future. My flight left to early to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. The property is older but for the most part was clean and in good working order. There are no vending machines, but Rebecca advocated for canned drinks and snacks that are available for purchase at the front desk for reasonable prices. Guests should be aware that the hotel lies in the flight path of one of the airport runways, so dependent upon the wind direction, you could have planes flying low overhead during your stay. If you are a light sleeper, you may wish to choose a hotel further away from the airport. I would stay here again!

Close to the airport and the concierge was wonderful. But rugs were dirty with construction debris, hotel was pretty run down. Ok for one night.

It was very dirty inside & out. Floors, carpet were filthy. Parking lot with lots of trash & sewer odor. It looked like transient staff working there. I had no idea of the poor, rundown condition of this hotel when I booked online otherwise I’d have never stayed there. It looks nothing like the pictures online. Very dirty place

Tired old hotel
It’s an old property. They’re doing the best they can with what they have. But GIVEN that, they can’t charge the price they do. It was worth 1/2 of what they charged.
This is all the waffle that was left to make. It may be in the shape of Texas though.

Staff was super nice, but that place should be torn down and rebuilt. Just extremely worn out for the price we paid to stay there was ridiculous!

Worst Quality Inn!!!
We were locked out of our room for almsot an hour after coming back from a concert. My kids and I waited in the hallway until they could figure out how to get into the room. Manager finally gave the front desk clerk the master key so we could get in. She was also hesitant about putting us into another room. By the time we were settled into another room, it was 1am.

Great staff
Most reviews highlight how great the hotel desk staff is, I 100% agree. They’re great especially Rebecca. Hotel is older so expect that but it was comfortable for an overnight stay. Less than 20 mins from race venue. You HAVE to try Henry’s BBQ which down the road. Hole in the wall with awesome food

It’s a decent hotel. There was nothing in the room fridge. No airport shuttle which they are trying to get Expedia to update. Breakfast was okay. The staff were very pleasant. The hotel is close to the airport but feels industrial. Terrible smell in the neighborhood when I left that morning.

Definitely a mistake to stay here after getting into the airport late. The $20 or so I saved over competing hotels was more than wiped out by the round trip cost of Uber, since they had no airport shuttle. You get what you pay for, and in this case even less.
