The unit was clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you'd need, and beach towels were provided. This unit was on the east side of the resort and so didn't have a lake view from the patio when we visited because the lake was too low. We spent evenings on the patio, where we could feed deer that approached from the deer corn supplied by the owner. The two women in our group went down and hand fed the deer. We spent days visiting with the other guests and residents in the pool. The facility has a well equipped workout facility, a modest gift shop, adequate restaurant and covered parking.
