SWEET DREAMS Both artfully designed bedrooms feature Queen-Size Beds, Eco-friendly Memory Foam Mattresses, and High-Quality Linens. The Master Bedroom boasts a large walk-in closet. In case of extra sleeping requirements, linens and a pillow are provided for the living room sectional sofa. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, ample storage space, and designer fixtures. Towels and a hairdryer are provided. CHEF'S KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen features a gas oven and hood, dishwasher, disposal, coffee grinder, coffee makers, toaster, and blender. The Galley-style kitchen with a 'waterfall' island opens to the living room - perfect for conversations, games, or watching a movie. TRAVELING WITH A PET? Getting Around: The nearest international airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) 8 miles | 13 km away. We recommend getting around by car. There‘s free covered parking for one vehicle and also free street parking. You can also use Uber and Lyft in Austin. Travis Heights is a wonderful residential neighborhood filled with unique upscale homes, a beautiful park and a natural springs pool that is free for visitors. The neighborhood is next to the South Congress area, Lady Bird Lake and a seven minute drive to downtown Austin. Other Things to Note: Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toilet paper, and some garbage bags. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay. Pack-n-Play travel crib (with sheets) & high chair are available upon request. Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES: \- Travelers must be at least 25 years old or older to book. \- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. \- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and no excessive noise, especially between 10:00 pm and 7 am, will be tolerated. Please respect the neighbors. \- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. \- Pet-friendly with prior authorization at booking, a signed pet agreement, and a pet fee of $25 per night. Pet fee is requested after booking is confirmed. Two pets max with a combined weight of 60 lbs. A pet fee is requested once the booking is confirmed. \- We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture to keep things fresh for everyone. There were 4 of us at the property and then my 22 year old daughter wanted to join us to watch her brother play in a lacrosse tournament we were there for. I asked the property manager if she could stay with us on the couch and offered to pay an additional fee to make it work so we could all be together, but after several back and forths (no, yes, no)…they indicated she couldn’t stay. We were disappointed. The kicker was when we arrived at the property there was a sign and blankets in a basket that said the blankets were there to use for pets on the couch. ##### Kim C. Right in the middle of the action. Walk to South Congress, bike rentals nearby, restaurants, bars, music and all that Austin has to offer. The Lodgewell staff has done this before and it shows. Excellent communication, smooth check-in, quickly answered texts and plenty of messaging in the property to answer questions that cropped up. The property itself was a perfect MCM bungalow with all the amenities you would expect. We would not hesitate to look first at Lodgewell properties in the future when we return to Austin or other cities where they manage properties. ##### Todd B. The place is small but well laid out. It is showing some wear on the furniture and could benefit from a deeper clean: there was dust in the vents and on the lamp in the living room and there was a ton of dust and cobwebs in the bathroom and some mold in places in the shower. The neighborhood is cute, but there was a police situation our second night where they were searching the area for armed suspects all night long. It was a little difficult to sleep with the helicopters searching overhead. Super close to downtown and great access to I-35\. The property was clean and very well appointed. Would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again! ##### Matt S. One drawback was there was no fenced yard as advertised. I look for that since I travel with my 2 dogs. The location was wonderful close to downtown . ##### Ginger T. The location was a 17 minute walk to South Congress and so close to downtown and the walking trails along the river. The house was equipped with everything anyone would need and there were clear instructions for check in and check out. We would definitely stay there again! ##### Hope M. This place was tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood and was at an amazing location relative to Congress Ave and downtown Austin. Everything seemed to be 15 min away at the most. I came for a girls weekend with my sisters and Mom and it seemed perfect for our trip. Only thing is the coffee grinder was broken and there was not a lot stocked in the kitchen- if you plan on cooking most meals, I probably wouldn't book again. ##### Liina N.
