We had eight people staying there and two of them had to leave and find hotel accommodations. While this will be fine for a family with little children, that might find it fun to sleep in a cubbyhole, it was not at all appropriate for our work group. In addition, although the property has a pool, it was filled with leaves and unusable. And although there was a nice picnic area outback, it was again covered in leaves. The neighborhood is in a very sketchy part of East Austin and there’s a reason they have a fence with a locked gate. We would not stay here again. ##### Victoria C. Very spacious location- there was space for everyone. The location was perfect, not too far from the city night life.
