Please scroll down for more info Location: \- Located in Del Valle area of Austin. \- 4 miles away from the Airport entrance \- 20 minutes away to downtown Austin \- 20 minutes away from UT The apartment: \- This apartment has 1x queen bed, 1x King size bed, and 1x full size sofa bed \- 2x full bathroom. \- Fully equipped kitchen. \- Self flexible check-in. \- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee. \- Washer and dryer are free inside the apartment. \- This apartment is on the 4th floor. Elevator is available \- There is 24 hours gym in the building. \- There is a pool in the building. The pool is open from 9AM until 10PM. Parking: \- Parking is available for one car only. \- No trailers, RVs, commercial are allowed. Pets: \- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED. Things to Note: \- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350\. This is a requirement from our insurance. \- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2000 refundable security deposit. \- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout.
