Located less than 10 minutes from downtown and directly backing up against a spectacular view of the Barton Creek Greenbelt. The property provides plenty of space for families and friends to gather while providing fast access to the best that Austin has to offer. This peaceful, off the beaten track, villa is a perfect place to disconnect from the world and reconnect with family and friends. It is a 5200 sq ft, custom designed Tuscan villa, with incredible attention to detail. Comprised of stone walls, stained concrete floors, and soaring beamed cathedral ceilings, it sits in a tranquil setting on a full acre backing up to the Barton Creek Greenbelt and sleeps up to 18 people. The villa is a perfect gathering spot, with a spacious, luxurious chef's kitchen, open floor plan, large bedrooms, and lots of light and a relaxing view of the trees, Barton Creek Greenbelt. You enter through a private gate, along driveway into a beautiful courtyard with a large fountain. The living room is 22.5' x 35.5' with soaring ceilings and a stone gas fireplace. The chef's kitchen has plenty of space to cook and gather, with an \- Oversized island w/ seating for 7 \- Granite counters \- 48" Wolf six-burner dual oven range \- Subzero fridge \- Large walk-in pantry \- Butler's pantry \- Ice maker The private main suite on the second floor has high ceilings and opens to a covered balcony with a view. Three additional spacious bedrooms are all furnished with king-sized beds (one has an additional king-sized daybed). 3 bedrooms have walk-in closets. We have 2 sleeper sofas in common areas, a twin-sized one in a loft at the top of the stairs near the main suite, and a double-sized one in the office. Large L-shaped covered rear porch with ceiling fans can be enjoyed throughout the day and is furnished with outdoor seating, overlooking the park-like backyard and views. The backyard has a fire pit as well as a 4-burner Weber grill to BBQ. There are good amenities. The kitchen was well stocked. The 6th bedroom is more of an office space than a bedroom. Wish we would have known that the master bedroom didn’t have its own closet or bathroom. One of the back doors did not lock. We would have like to have had more towels to accommodate everyone. Not really having much control over the use of the hot tub was kind of an bummer but the host was pretty responsive with help. The T.V. remotes had old batteries so operating them wasn’t the easiest and some were missing out of rooms. Overall we achieved the goal of celebrating my wife’s birthday so that was what was most important. We are Thankful to the host for allowing us to enjoy their beautiful home. ##### Valerie B.
