Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). I was extremely excited to take this mini vacation. I get in early into the home around 12am to a home that was extremely HOT (AC needed attention). I wake up wanting to enjoy the balcony view but to my surprise can't due to the massive spider cobweb infestation. I felt so uncomfortable and couldn't sit on any of the patio furniture as "ALL" was covered in spiderwebs. I contacted the management staff to inform them of my issue / concerns. If that wasn't enough then the kitchen sink wasn't working. in frustration I leave to go out and come back and the secondary bath stopped up. I had to keep texting or calling the Management onsite personnel with new issues. (Mr. David) was accommodating trying to get the issues corrected but couldn't complete. This home requires a full deep clean and pest control assessment. The location was extremely beautiful but definitely no epic outdoor entertaining (total false advertisement). As someone from the staff should have inspected this home prior to rental.

Our family is a very active family in so many ways and coming to this home allowed us to recalibrate, relax and release! The home is very quality built and well taken care of. Loved all of the amenities and extras! You can tell management and the owners considered everything. We had tremendous views. Grateful for the sharing of this home.
