This property is very conveniently located very close to 183A. It was a breeze to get everywhere we needed to be. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Everything in the house worked. Joe the host is quick to respond. The decor was good. It could be a 10. However, it was very dirty. The front entry was filthy. Inside, there were cobwebs and bug-bundles in most of the corners of the rooms. Drop something on the floor? Do NOT look under the chairs.There was an occasional ant or bug the first three weeks there...not too concerned. Then the ant invasion happened at the beginning of our 4th week there. As I was deploying my own spray and traps I noticed that there were already other ant bait traps out underneath things. A site visit by host probably should have been offered at this point after we notified them. My wife and I had ant bite welts for several days afterwards.
