Main House

The main house is a luxurious 2-story, 6-bedroom, 4.5 bath, homeI t includes:
• A media room with a 4K projector and 110” screen
• Seven TVs and 110" Media Room
• A huge kitchen
• Fabulous hill country views from every room

Pool Clubhouse

The million-dollar, 2100 sq. ft. Pool clubhouse features:
• An open floor plan,
• A fabulous gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances
• Two dishwashers
• Industrial sink
• All the spices known to man
• We can go on and on but let's make it simple, - you do not need to bring
anything accept your food and refreshments.

Relax by the fireplace or enjoy a friendly game of ping pong or foosball. Listen to your favorite music both indoors and outside by the pool on our Sonos sound system.

Resort-Style Swimming Pool

The swimming pool includes:
• An infinity edge
• A 3-sided rain grotto
• A swim-up bar
• An amazing hot tub that holds 14 people
• A shallow tanning area
The pool is surrounded by a 2800 sq. ft. sun deck with plenty of seating for lounging or dining.

The outdoor area also includes a beautifully manicured fenced grass yard, perfect for the dogs to play or for picnics under our oak trees and a round of horseshoes.

Cook outside in the sunken grilling cabana, which boasts:

• A top-of-the-line grill with rotisserie
• A Big Green Egg smoker

Cook in the cabana, lay in the sun, relax in the hot tub, or play a round of horseshoes or foosball. You’ll love it here!

The property was great, awesome views and amenities, very clean and classy, insane pool, very friendly property owner! Not too far from downtown Austin, and very close to Lake Travis boar rentals. We had an amazing time! Would Highly recommend this to anyone!

Little La Jolla is the bomb!

As a wedding gift my dad booked and surprised me with this incredible place for my bachelorette party. My maid of honor and him teamed up to ensure this weekend was special and to say I was speechless was an understatement! She mentioned Ken., the host made the whole booking experience seamless for them. Pulling up to the home my JAW DROPPED, because of how beautiful the home looked and all the greenery and view! Upon arrival we did run into the host, and he was so helpful as there is a lot to navigate. It felt very private even though he Stephanie do live in a motorhome on-site. Plus, he was only a text or phone call away when we were setting up the sound system or had questions. As for the interior & rooms: The entire place was spotless and felt so luxurious. I can’t describe how relaxing and fun it was staying there. It felt like a resort. (All of the beds are super comfortable too which is a plus) The pool is like a resort pool, and we had so much fun using the swim up bar! My friends also loved using the hot tub in the morning time as well. I want to find another excuse to come back! If you’re looking for the best experience and memories, I highly recommend this place! A wonderful Thanksgiving

Perfect property!!

Inaccurate Listing: BEWARE

I ultimately was very disappointed with the rental. Nowhere in the listing does it mention that the owner will be staying on the property the entire time. Not only does the owner stay on the property, but he stays in an RV in the driveway of the main house and asks you not to use the driveway so he can. He insists that he meets you at check-in to hand over keys, but there are no actual keys to give. Instead, he wants to show you around the property and literally grab your phone to hook up to Bluetooth; all things that could have easily been included in the manual. I found this very uncomfortable. He also left his wallet, open computer and drink sitting on the desk inside the pool clubhouse after check-in not picking up his personal items to barge in the next am. The owner comes onto the property and inside the clubhouse every single morning. He says it is to clean the pool and use his desk inside the pool clubhouse; NONE of which was mentioned in the listing. I found this to be extremely disturbing. I came down one morning in my pajamas to find him still inside. He had gone around the clubhouse picking up our belongings and “gathering them”. To be clear, this was a bachelorette trip with only females, one of which was pumping/breastfeeding and another pregnant, so privacy was something that was very much needed. The owner came down one evening to the pool bringing down photos(??) to his desk area and proceeded to linger around the pool clubhouse talking to guests. One of my guests woke up and saw other owner inside the garage running on the treadmill. Why did I pay money to use the property when I am not even able to use the property privately as promised? If I had wanted interaction, I would have stayed at a hotel with a concierge. Furthermore, there is only one entry at the front of the main house. The RV sits in the main driveway and any entry/exit into the main house front door forces you to walk right by the RV. There are no back stairs up the steep hill into the main house. Additionally, the only inside stairwell has a large window with no window treatments with the RV sitting 3 feet away outside staring right in. The whole experience was extremely strange and it really ruined the entire weekend. I was deceived by the listing and stuck in an uncomfortable situation that I had not agreed to. Any complaint made at the time would require direct inappropriate confrontation with the owner looming over us. False advertising!!!

The best stay in Austin

Ken was the most accommodating host. He went above and beyond what is expected of a regular short-term rental. We were fully stocked with water, eggs, sausage, bacon, coffee, and fresh OJ. Wow, who does that!? We had coffee and the balcony in the morning, drinks poolside in the evening. Enjoyed sonos speakers for my music, there are just so many things to list. If you rent this, I guarantee YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Stunning Escape

This is without a doubt one of the best properties we have stayed at in Austin, Texas. Many of the homes in ATX, while beautiful, are on small lots limiting the outdoor fun. Not the case with this house -It is a massive property (essentially 2 lots)- with a pool house below the main house that includes a full kitchen, gorgeous shower area, bathrooms and massive seating areas. It would be hard to list all the amenities of this property. Some of the highlights are plenty of parking, an amazing grill, pool cabana, stunning pool house, sunken grill pit/bar at pool, multiple outdoor seating areas, massive grass area for games, TV's indoor and out, a hot tub, outdoor speaker system and a beautiful view. It is ideal for entertaining. The owner deals with you directly (no management company) and he handles everything quickly as he is on property. He went above and beyond to assist our group and has thought of everything before you even show up. The kitchens (that's right, plural) have everything you need for amazing meals, including two large refrigerators, 3 dishwashers and state of the art cooktops. We mostly ate in since we didn't want to leave. This house is also great for groups because the pool house is completely separate allowing for the main house to serve as a restful place should you need it. I could go on and on, but you will not be disappointed. We can not wait to go back!!! Definitely 5 star property*****

Stay at Little La Jolla

We had a wonderful time at Little La Jolla! Ken, our host, was great about reaching out ahead of time to make sure that we had everything we needed. Then, upon check-in, he was there to greet us and show us around the property, explaining all of the "ins and outs" of the place. Both the Main House and the Club House were beautifully furnished and very spacious. The views were outstanding! Wonderful way to spend NYE!! Thank you, Ken!

Very Nice house

We staid in Villa La Jolla during Christmas this year. the Main house was spacious enough for the 12 of us. The whole house is very well furnished with beautiful views into surrounding countryside. We were lucky that the weather was good (from 60 in the morning to 80 in the afternoon) so we could use the clubhouse and the pool. Both are astounding and my family enjoyed its stay. Ken and his wife are very helpful and answered quickly to all our requests. I highly recommend Villa la Jolla if you plan to stay in Austin.

Fantastic Home in Austin

This is truly a dream home. The house is spacious, with new/updated finishings, a new, fully equipped kitchen, media room, comfortable living room and large-screen TVs everywhere. The house alone would be a great place to stay. Separate from the house is an amazing private pool house with an enormous chef's kitchen, Sonos sound system (music everywhere), foosball and ping pong tables and a spectacular pool with multiple hangouts, as well as an outdoor bar with a large TV. The design and decor of the entire property is superb, and the view is beautiful. The hosts, Kenny and Stephanie, are wonderful people and made sure our stay was 100%. We cannot wait to return.

The BEST Vacation Spot

My group was looking for a place where we wouldn’t have to leave the house too often, especially in light of COVID. That was made very easy by the beauty and truly fun nature of this house. My friends and I never ran out of anything to do while staying at the house, and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Kenny was a fantastic host and made sure that every need of ours was met, and then some. A truly amazing time was had by all of the guests that stayed with me, and we certainly hope to be back at sometime in the future.

Best kept secret in Austin

By far the best property we have booked. My wife held her sister's bachelorette party at this property. Kenny and Stephanie went above and beyond for the girls. She said it is a great location right in the middle of everything , but there's really no need to ever leave the property. Definitely a rental that is worth the money. She didn't want to leave, but will definitely be back in the future.

40th Birthday Celebration

Our group had a lovely time spending an extended weekend at this property. The STR consist of the private club house (pool area) and house. Little LaJolla was enjoyable for all (6 couples, 12 adults). The house and location provided easy access to downtown, Lake Travis, and other surrounding areas. Ken was a great host and the pool amenities and clubhouse has everything you would need to enjoy outdoor living. The bacon and eggs along with many more stocked items were great to have throughout the duration of our stay. Kenny was very responsive to any needs that would arise during our stay. Little LaJolla provided some lasting memories with some dear friends to celebrate our 40th birthday.

Resort Style Getaway

We had our cousins retreat at Little La Jolla, and couldn’t have been more please with the property. Its views, landscaping, peacefulness, and charm was amazing. The pool and amenities are resort style and high class. Ken was a great host and helped with check in process, and any questions we had during our stay. I would recommend to any groups looking for a peaceful getaway, with a great pool / pool house. The house was also amazing with all amenities needed.

Top Notch

Our stay at Little La Jolla was top notch. The property was exquisite, and the pictures do not do it justice. Kenny was a phenomenal host and was always available to help make our stay a five-star experience. After well over a year of planning (and rescheduling due to COVID), our experience (including the property and Kenny's personal touch) far exceeded expectations!

This place was perfect for our family group of 13 adults. We were able to celebrate our daughter's graduation and also have fun in the amazing pool/clubhouse area.

AMAZING PROPERTY- CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!

The house is BEAUTIFUL! I spent many hours looking for the perfect house in Austin and I am so glad I found Little La Jolla! The house has a fully loaded kitchen, plenty of linens, comfy beds, all bathrooms have everything you would ever need AND MORE, the entire house was very clean! The pool house was SPECTACULAR, another fully loaded kitchen and bathroom! Sound system was so nice to blast tunes in the pool house and outside by the pool. Pool and hot tub were super clean and well maintained. Outdoor kitchen had TV, Keg, Refrigerator, Sink, Grill, and Fireplace. The landscape at this property was incredible, the views were breathtaking. Kenny, the owner of this property was the icing on the cake. He was there whenever we needed something, he offered suggestions, he took group photos for us, he goes above and beyond for his renters and wants his guests to feel at home. Thank you Kenny & Little La Jolla for the memories. We will be back, hopefully soon!!!

This property is amazing and a must see in person! It is by far the cleanest most well stocked rental I’ve ever stayed in. The host, Ken, is incredible and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable!
