Vikki our resident housekeeper, lives on the property and you might see her and she'll try to welcome you if I'm available when you arrive. Feel free to say hi, otherwise she'll give you your space. It's up to you.

RO Drive is a country road, with quiet neighbors. Feel like you're in the country when only minutes away from food and entertainment.

Guests have access to most of the 7 acres of the Bee Creek Ranch. There are trails back into the woods past our Olive groves. All Guest units have a semi-private yard (bushes and trees keep you hidden, but no fence) where you can be by yourselves. You will receive a door code in messages/email on the day of arrival.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat accommodates up to 8 guests — a warm and stylish getaway ideal for couples, families, or groups wanting a blend of rustic ambiance and modern convenience.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove and oven, air-fryer, pots and pans, and coffee setup — perfect for home-style meals. Eat indoors or out on the spacious deck surrounded by nature.

Our property is off RO Dr, up a lane. It's the only brick building on the property. Parking for three vehicles, one in front, and two behind. If you have more than three vehicles, you may park below in the grass parking lot at the entrance to Bee Creek Ranch. Visitors not staying in houses must park below in venue parking area.

Private Amenities: The Ranch House has private amenities like the pool, hot tub, trampoline, fire pit, pool deck and outdoor seating. Pool open mid-May. Check-in before to see if it's open yet.

Shared Amenities: We have a shared amenity center (between 3 Airbnbs) with game room! The laundry room attached to this home is shared. Door can be securely locked from the inside.

Only 30-35 minutes from downtown Austin, Tx, enjoy the city and the Hill Country from a central location. Multiple Breweries, Wineries, parks and Authentic Texas BBQ joints just minutes away, it's a great place to get into nature, chill, relax and be a short drive to Austin, Dripping Springs, Marble Falls, and the Wine Country of Fredericksburg. Easy shopping and conveniences lie just 10 minutes away in the towns of Lakeway and Beecave.

Important Notes:
We love Pets at Bee Creek Ranch, but we also need to know if you're bringing them. We have a Pet fee of $75 for up to 2 pets. You can pay this during the online booking check out, or contact us before check-in and we'll send a payment link. If you bring a pet and it's not a legal service animal, you must pay the pet fee. Cleaning-up after pets often takes housekeeping hours more effort because their fine fur gets everywhere and vacuums won't clean it. Every inch of the cottage must be painstakingly inspected. This is true even for hypoallergenic pets. Please, when booking, include the pet so you can pay the pet fee. If you forgot or didn't see where to pay, please contact the host so you can pay directly. The funds go to housekeeping in order to make certain the next guest has an amazing experience. The pet fee covers and is limited to 2 pets per stay. If you have more than 2 pets reach out to us to see if we accept more than 2 pets in your situation and the pet fee addendum.

We require a liability waiver to be signed before check-in. This is a requirement of our insurance. We appreciate your compliance. We kindly request you follow all amenity rules for your own safety and so that future guests will be able to enjoy them as well.

Bee Creek Ranch is in nature, and you'll see foxes, rabbits, tons of deer, and all other sorts of critters from time to time. While they are fun to watch, don't touch. Texas does have poisonous and dangerous critters. Keep your distance, and be observant when you walk around the property. Especially if you bring a pet. Pets must always be on a leash outside.

Security Note: For our guest's security, we do have security cameras located throughout the venue including Amenity center so we know who comes in and out of the venue and guest security! But no worries, no cameras in your unit.
