There is a fee of $1000 if more guests than stated are brought to the property or because of excessive noise after the first warning/ neighbor complaints. Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 8am. 3\. And king sized 😍. Cute back yard hang out spot. High quality toilet paper. All the small things you normally forget about, Dan (this host) made sure to have stocked! And he was so easy to get ahold of. Responded almost immediately any time I had a question. Was patient with me no matter how silly my questions were 😅. Amazing experience.
