Our guest can easily access the home with our smart lock that will auto generate a code for your booking! The code will be sent to you the day of your booking in our welcome message.  
  
The home is equipped with security cameras on the exterior only at the front and backdoor for your safety. The cameras record audio and video.  
By booking, you agree to all of the house rules listed below:  
  
1\. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the home. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.  
  
2\. Unruly Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if more guests than stated are brought to the property or because of excessive noise after the first warning/ neighbor complaints. Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 8am.  
  
3\. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests.  
  
4\. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee.  
  
5\. A lost, missing, or damaged key or fob (if property uses keys/fobs) has a replacement cost of $75 each  
  
6\. Check-Out Policy - Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out is not guaranteed and may only be available if there are no same-day bookings or scheduling conflicts with our cleaning team. If you'd like to request a late check-out, please inquire the day before departure. Requests made earlier will not receive a confirmed answer until that time. A fee may apply for a late check-out.  
  
7\. Check-In Policy - Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends on same-day turnover and cleaning schedules. 8\. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.

Just as advertised. The beds were SO COMFY!!!!!! And king sized 😍. Cute back yard hang out spot. High quality toilet paper. All the small things you normally forget about, Dan (this host) made sure to have stocked! And he was so easy to get ahold of. Responded almost immediately any time I had a question. This house was perfect for our family to spread out in and have privacy with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and a large living area, bathroom, and kitchen on the first level. It was close to the things we wanted to see and do in Austin. Property owner very friendly and accessible, checking in with us to make sure we had all we needed. I highly recommend this rental.

My family and i stayed at this property for my son's wedding. There was plenty of room for all of us, the home was clean, and the owner was quick to reply if I had questions. I would highly recommend this property for your stay.
