With 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, incredible backyard with games and putting green, there is fun to be had for all! The central location puts you near it all, making it easy to visit all the places you want while in town. We have an expansive 360 tour of this space - check it out by scanning the QR code in the image gallery. You can use the floor plan or the navigation bar at the bottom to explore the house. Also, if you go to an outdoor space, look up, and click the cloud with the arrow, then you will also get a tour of Austin! Enjoy! The living room is perfect for entertaining and relaxing plus a flat-screen TV. The sofa is a brand new comfortable sleeper sofa as well. We provide extra sheets for your use of this memory foam sleeper. The house features 3 cozy bedrooms, each with comfortable queen beds fitted with luxury hotel-quality linens and plenty of storage for your belongings. The first and second bedrooms have a private bathroom and plenty of storage space. In the backyard you will also find the cool back house bedroom that has a queen size murphy bed. The house, location, and host were all wonderful. We were able to take a few afternoon breaks on the back patio to reflect and enjoy time with our family. When we needed a couple more days we were able to extend our stay with little difficulty, but the host was very accommodating. We could not get anyone to call. Then they asked for a VIDEO of what we were doing. Once sent they texted back to say something was wrong and gave me access to a lockbox. That worked. The entire process took > 20 minutes in freezing cold weather. The house is old. There is no place to hang towels. There was only one wash cloth to use in the master bath. The drawers in the kitchen stick. The utensils are insufficient in quantify for 8 guests. There are only a few coffee cups. The couch and chairs were comfortable. The internet worked well. The TV is easy to control. Several California window shades don't stay open. The close and leave the LR dark. The yard is not well maintained. Grass is spotty. The driveway is in disrepair and needs to be replaced. Overall, the house is not as depicted in pictures. I rate it a three out of five overall. Disappointing given the nightly price. ##### John S.
