With 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, incredible backyard with games and putting green, there is fun to be had for all! The central location puts you near it all, making it easy to visit all the places you want while in town.

The living room is perfect for entertaining and relaxing plus a flat-screen TV. The sofa is a brand new comfortable sleeper sofa as well. We provide extra sheets for your use of this memory foam sleeper.

The house features 3 cozy bedrooms, each with comfortable queen beds fitted with luxury hotel-quality linens and plenty of storage for your belongings. The first and second bedrooms have a private bathroom and plenty of storage space. In the backyard you will also find the cool back house bedroom that has a queen size murphy bed. This room makes for a great home office, play room, hang out or bedroom. Utilize this space however works best for you and your group!

The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the basics available for your use. Also located in the kitchen is a stacked washer and dryer with a few supplies to get you started. Step out the doors of the kitchen to an amazing backyard that is absolutely perfect for entertaining. Enjoy the ample seating, putting green, cornhole game, and outdoor tv under the beautiful Austin trees.

Work from home or keep the family entertained with high speed wifi and our large smart TV in the living room. Stream your favorites on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and more!

Your reservation also includes parking for up to two cars in the driveway. There is also plenty of free street parking nearby that you can use too.

Guests have access to the entire home, driveway, backyard and back house.

After booking you'll be provided a link where you can purchase upgrades to your booking such as early check-in and late check-out, additional cleanings, and more that will make your Austin experience even better!

We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $2,000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This means a lower cost to book, and because accidents happen, protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions provided by request after booking.

We have taken extra precautions to care for our guests and employees by introducing zero contact entry, enhanced cleaning protocols, and strict covering requirements for employees. We encourage our guests to review Texas and Austin’s travel guidelines and restrictions before making a reservation. We must work together to ensure a safe environment for everyone that enters our properties.

Situated near the University of Texas at Austin, the neighborhood in this part of the city exudes a youthful and vibrant energy. Known for its blend of academic culture and lively city life, the area offers an array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options catering to students, residents, and visitors alike. Museums and cultural centers in the vicinity contribute to an intellectual vibe, reflecting the neighborhood's close ties to education and the arts. Outdoor spaces and parks add to the appeal, providing opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties
4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused.
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
