Welcome to our Austin Bungalow, nestled into Bouldin Creek - one of Austin's premier neighborhoods. Our home is just minutes from downtown and a short drive or scooter ride to Zilker Park and Barton Springs. A fantastic place for larger groups to stay who are visiting for ACL, SXSW, The Kite Festival, and more!  
  
We can accommodate up to 8 guests in this 3 bed, 2 bath home. The living room also contains a pull out queen sized couch!  
  
Southwood Road, is in the heart of Austin’s vibrant neighborhood, a true gem of the city known for its eclectic mix of culture, creativity, and community spirit.  
  
Highlights of the Neighborhood:  
  
South Congress (SoCo): Just minutes away, South Congress Avenue is one of Austin’s most iconic districts, bustling with unique shops, trendy boutiques, vintage stores, and an array of dining options. Whether you’re in the mood for a gourmet meal, food truck fare, or live music, SoCo offers something for everyone.
