Perfect Location

We loved our stay at Rocio's place! East Austin was a good choice for active first-time visitors. We quite literally walked all around the city, from the Capitol to Zilker Park to downtown to South Congress and back but agreed there was no area we liked more than East Austin! Within a few block radius, we got delicious breakfast at Snooze, enjoyed beers at Zilker and Lazarus Brewing, had Detroit-style pizza at Via313, and appreciated the eclectic mix of murals adorning neighborhood buildings. Insanely cool neighborhood! The unit itself is well-appointed, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We took advantage of the on-site pool during the heat of the day. The bonus was we were the only ones there (all three days)! The host responded to all our questions in a timely manner and even kindly accommodated our request for a late check-out. Five star experience for sure! We'll be back.

This VRBO is very situated in East Austin. It is 11 minutes from the airport. And there are many restaurants within walking distance on 6th street. Loved my stay, had all the amenities.

It was really interesting to stay in a newly built mixed-use development and experience Austin's focus on providing housing for all income levels. This is a studio apartment with a full kitchen and tiny balcony, shared patio bbq space, and room for three adults. We didn't really want to stay "home" because of size of space, so we explored Austin. A fun, new experience! We loved the big trees right outside our windows.

Very impressed with the offering. The place was so clean, well decorated and in a wonderful neighborhood. The host was very responsive. We were three people and had lots of space. Great kitchen, amenities, nothing but positives.

Wonderful East Austin Apartment

My wife and I stayed here for about a week with out 2 friends. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. However, the location is the star of the show here. The apartment is walking distance from many wonderful restaurants and breweries. Since it was our first time in Austin we did take our rental car to other areas of Austin to check out other spots we'd heard about. But if it wasn't our first time in Austin, we probably would've been able to have a great time all week without a rental car because of the amazing location of this apartment. The host was extremely accommodating in our communication and left a very detailed binder with important information. Would definitely stay again!

Nice Apartment, Perfect Location

First time in Austin and this was a perfect apartment for us. We wanted something that didn't require us to rent a car and ended up not even using Uber the whole trip. This property is in a great neighborhood with plenty to do all within walking distance. The host was communicative and prompt and the property was clean. Would definitely recommend.
