-Included with your reservation is an accidental damage protection insurance policy that protects everyone from any unexpected accidents. The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely.
-No Bachelor parties.

-Additional deposits may be required.
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

Time at Stevie Ray Estate

10 lifelong senior friends spent 5 days/4 nights in Austin. The property was as advertised, clean and accessible to the downtown area. The manager responded very quickly to our only request. We had only minor issues with the property: the ice maker in the lower refrigerator wasn’t working and we couldn’t get the TV’s in the ground floor bedrooms to work.

Perfect for a girls weekend!

Great space for a large group! Beautiful home and space! Beds were comfy and plenty of towels provided! Very homey with great communal areas in both outside and inside. Also a great location!

Great Property - Disappointing location

I'll lead with the fact that this was the most impressive and cleanest rental property we have been in in 8 years - so great job on that. The communication was fantastic leading up to our check in, but almost non-existent after we arrived. We pulled up to the house and found that several cars were parked in our designated parking area including the driveway, I called and was told to send pictures - but there was no help offered to remove the other vehicles. Then the communication stopped ! We called to say that the ice maker didn't work and was making a loud grinding noise. We called again on the second day to report the issues with the parking situation again. There were NO return phone calls at all. There were several other issues we would have liked to report, but I don't even know who to report them to. There were several light bulbs burnt out or that flickered on and off. There was no way to turn on the back pathway lights so we were completely in the dark upon returning back to the property after dark. There are a couple of loose faucets that completely slide around on the bathroom counters, There was very low water pressure in the upstairs tub bath. The front downstairs shower doesn't drain well, and you had to stand in water while showering. There is a loose doorknob to one of the upstairs suites which actually came off in our hand once. But the main issue was all the noise - all day and all NIGHT !!! This was NOT mentioned at all in any of the advertising.

The house was perfect for 5 men that all wanted their own rooms! Would also sleep 5 couples with as there is plenty of private space, overflow, and community space. We all agreed that we are going to try and book this space next year!

House is perfect for a for a group of friends or family. Plenty of parking. Very close to restaurants; shops etc. neighborhood is quiet; however in the AM; collection of trash starts early, but not everyday. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place, great location.

We were in Austin for a family member’s 90th birthday. We had two sets of in-laws that stayed with us in this house and it was absolutely wonderful. There’s a main kitchen +2 smaller kitchens, five rooms with king beds, and another bunk room. You will love it.

Big home tough lovation

Lots of noise! Right on alley and garbage trucks drive along side of house with most of the bedrooms. Waking everyone up at 5 am!!! On two of our four day trip! Very noisy in early morning with delivery trucks and lots of beeping from trucks in reverse. Didn’t sleep well, but house is very pretty

Beautiful house in the heart of the city

We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable, and several good restaurants are within walking distance. The only issue we had was the street noise, specifically garbage trucks, in the morning (4 a.m. to 7 a.m.). Not much can be done about this, and it doesn't subtract from the house and location, but it's worth noting.

House Design

The house design, level of detail, technology, and finishes was awesome. The location of the house with the ability to walk to many options for food and drinks for guests was an absolute time saver and made the entire trip so much more enjoyable. Highly recommended and I will be coming back!!

Work Hard Play Hard

Rented this beautiful home for a business trip (coupled with a tournament) with a small group of adults. Beds were unbelievably comfortable - Need to find the brand/model of the mattress and pillows :) Only hiccup we ran into was the construction/deliveries/noise that started at 6am some mornings with the businesses directly next door (the crews worked in the alley that is next to the house and bedrooms). As long as future guests are ok being woken up at 6am, you’ll be fine. Proximity to really good restaurants is great. We took the Lime scooters everywhere. Parking is easy, 2 spots worked well for our guests. Thank you for the hospitality.

Beautiful Home!

We had a great stay here with family. House is well designed for allowing family/friends to gather in common areas. With 5 king suites and separate quarters it is also perfect for private space to spread out and enjoy. Check in was easy and our property manager was welcoming and responsive.
