The neighborhood is all idyllic historic homes tucked away in a super quiet, safe area right between Mopac and Lamar. Quick car trip to 6th street or anything in the downtown area. This house is immaculately maintained and has all the historic Austin charm you could hope for. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the kitchen is HUGE!
