The owner was quick with communication. The area the home is located is nice and convenient to downtown Austin. I appreciated that dogs were allowed to stay free but that was the highlight of our stay. The house was loaded with exactly the bare minimum to qualify as livable. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and there was 1 pillow per head in the entire house. Exactly 1 towel for each body. Single ply toilet paper, and exactly one kitchen towel. The yard was full of the previous renters dog poop and there were zero tools provided for us to pick up after our own dogs, which we would have happily done. The house was cleaned surface level with cobwebs, and dust on each vent. I found a bag of "oregano" and a smoking utensil on top of the fridge, not very child friendly. If I could have gotten a refund the first night I would have, but as it stands the property was livable so I wouldn't have been granted one. ##### Kiri E.
