Though the house is in a mixed-urban setting in the heart of central-east Austin, you'll come home to privacy & peace after exploring. Walk, scooter, or <$10 Uber to heaps of bars, cafes, eateries, breweries, points of interest, & downtown. The space \~ FULL HOUSE · 3 BD/1 BA, open plan living/kitchen, plus large, bug-free, private screened-in lanai with furniture & hammock. No yard access other than viewing it from the lanai (yard is a wildflower meadow). EASY PARKING · Park in driveway & for free on quiet street.
