When we got there, there was a convenient ticketing process to leave our luggage there. Instead we lugged it around for hours.2 - there are few thoughtful items in the apartment. Minimal condiments and bathroom items. Feels very much like an investment property run by people without much warmth or consideration. This place was absolutely beautiful, everyone I encountered here was very helpful & responsive! I believe the Vacasa team is separate than the Natiivo team which did result in a little bit of a wait time for us in getting our keys, however, it was understandable. The place itself was beautiful, clean and amazing views! Loved what a close walk it was from Rainey and other locations! Would highly recommend staying here! We enjoyed staying here for a work conference, rooms were clean and well supplied. Plus it smelt great! It was close enough to walk to the convention center and nightlife or take a Lyft for less than $10\. The valet staff was very accommodating. It did not matter to us, but the balcony door didn't lock which would be a concern if you have kids.
