Did not find an iron. There was coffee but no sugar or cream. Luckily there are stores all around. I would also suggest putting a fan of some sort in the garage with the ping pong table. My grandchildren enjoyed the large couch and throw blankets. The kitchen was spacious and nice. There is a regular coffee pot so bring coffee grounds. We were lucky there was some folgers left for us but we didn't bring coffee. It was a bit too hot outside on the really nice patio but the air conditioning was super nice inside. We came in for a family reunion so we were there only in the morning and at night but it was so comfortable. The home was very easy access.
