The team will collect the trash bins from the property, and on Friday, they'll return them to their proper place. This regular service ensures that the property stays clean and well-maintained for your comfort. \- Yard maintenance is scheduled every other Wednesday to keep the outdoor areas clean and well-kept. The service typically takes place during daylight hours and is focused on exterior spaces only. We do our best to minimize any disruption during your stay and appreciate your understanding! For safety, there is a ring doorbell at the front door. It is active 24/7\. Video and sound recording is motion activated. The home is also equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. We booked this place because we needed that many beds for everyone attending. Thankfully, the host was able to offer us another nearby listing with the proper amount of beds, but only after several hours of unresponsiveness. I had to call VRBO to get in contact with the host and get access to the nearby listing. Outside of that, the VRBO was in great condition and had plenty of parking. I appreciate the accommodations that the host made, but the difficulties did cause us issues for our plans the following day. ##### Cyrus C.
