Welcome to Georgetown, Texas home of Georgetown Square, the best town square in the entire state! Located in the heart of the breathtaking Texas Hill Country! Centrally located for your vacation needs!  
  
This unique 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home includes a game room that has to be seen to be believed. The game room features real arcade games, such as Pac-Man, Marvel's Super Heroes, X-Men, and more! What about air hockey or ping pong? You'll find it all here.  
  
Have a big group? This home can sleep up to 15 people! It is the perfect place to stay for families, groups of friends, traveling nurses, business travelers, or even those displaced by life's unfortunate circumstances.  
  
This property features a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large, flat-screen TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and an ample dining area. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a bathroom fit for a King (or Queen). The alternate bedrooms are cozy and feature queen size beds. Need to do laundry? There is a laundry room at your disposal with a full-size washer and dryer. The entire home is spotlessly clean.  
  
The property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just a short drive from all of the town's top attractions.  
  
You will be within 10 minutes from the famous Georgetown square, while Georgetown Lake, in all of its beauty, is only a stone's throw away. You will enjoy great fishing and hiking trails plenty. Fancy a day of shopping or need to pick up a few things? You'll be happy to know that you are conveniently close to award-winning restaurants, shops, and just about anything you can think of. In fact, you have direct access to several major freeways to make any kind of travel a breeze. Austin International Airport is approximately 40 miles from the property.
