Great location, but not quite ready for primetime. We were the first tenants so I get it. I recommend this rental though - great location, comfortable beds. And it's new so the amenities are nice.

#### Advertisement Needs Updated

This was a very nice, clean, and comfy home. Unfortunately, the advertising is extremely misleading. The home is listed as having a hot tub AND a heated pool. The reality is that it has a heated stock tank (diptank) in the back. We were also very surprised that someone with the care-taking agency entered the home during the day while we were at a conference without notifying us. The home is not .44 of a mile from the Austin Convention Center as the VRBO site said. It is actually 1.7 miles, which normally would be fine, but the weather was not conducive to walking that far, so necessitated Ubers we had not planned for. There are possibly some blocked vents on the main floor that made it VERY chilly downstairs, but the heat did work well on the upper floor. I would suggest that the deposit be included with the other charges if possible .Zoe was very good about responding to us, and again it was a very nice and tidy home.

We so enjoyed our time at this lovely home. It’s a great location. We enjoyed the house for its cleanliness and spaciousness. The beds are very comfortable. The showers/tubs were great-fluffy towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash were fantastic ! The sitting area in front is private and the perfect place to unwind and relax. The kitchen is well equipped and tidy and we loved the aesthetic. TV’s and WiFi were fully functional and appreciated! Thanks for everything, we definitely will return when we come back this way :)
