« Check in was fast. It is small hotel but clean and quiet and nearby a shopping mall. The staff was efficient in doing their task but Needs a bit of warm hospitality like a greeting and the like. We will still come back due to proximity to the mall. »

« Great place for the kids to keep occupied with the slides, projector tv, arcade game and lego bricks. Rooms are spacious and acceptable. 2 of the toilet heaters are not working. Not sure if it's me who does not know how to operate the heater or that the heater is spoilt? However, the heater in the master bedroom works just fine. »

« The stay ruined my holiday. Staff is impatient and rude, didnt even introduce us the place and we have to figure out how to navigate, lock and unlock the capsule by ourselves. There are no welcome drink and breakfast as mentioned. They didnt even provide us towel. Paid for premium price to enjoy low quality service! »
