Located centrally, in Martinez, this home is a spacious find! There are 4 bedrooms including 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living area are on each floor. The kitchen is located on the main floor. There is plenty of space for some extra guests if you choose to bring an air mattress!   
  
Everything is newly refurbished and ready for your Augusta stay. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, Keurig, microwave, and plenty of cooking items.

Wonderful place to stay. We were there to fish on Clarks Hill and this worked perfectly for us. A little bit of a drive but was in town so my wife had plenty to do while we were on the water. Clean, updated house with plenty of room. The host Karen was amazing and handled everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The first thing that was impressive with this booking was the quick , helpful, and accommodating host, Karen. She was always there for us to answer or help with any issues we may have had. The booking was exactly as described. It was clean, fresh, and perfect for what we needed. We came to Augusta for my nephew’s 16th birthday and my niece’s 4th birthday party. We will most definitely book again with Karen and this property in the future.
