The studio (downstairs) is located in the centre of town, only a few steps to the local pub and supermarket and shops. At the bottom of Ellis St is the town jetty and great views of the river and ocean are enjoyed from the alfresco dining and inside the studio. There is one Queen bedroom with views, one bunk in walk through to bathroom and 2 single beds (suitable for children only) in living room. The only blemish was the mould smelling from the kitchen sink cupboards which I realised was due to the tap leaking badly when turned on and flooding behind the cabinets!
