J ai séjourné dans cet hôtel 20 nuits sur les 3 dernières années, c'est la dernière fois que j y retourne. - accueil sans plus - pas d eau dans la chambre - propreté : un scandale! En allant me coucher, j ai bougé un oreiller et la, un énorme cafard en est sortis...ce qui m a ensuite forcé a regarder sous le lit...et la s en était trop! Je descend a la reception et la on me dit simplement qu il n y a pas d equipe de menage le soir, je dois insister pour avoir une nouvelle chambre. Aucune excuses de la part de la personne a l accueil. Limite desagreable. Ma nouvelle chambre est sans fenetre sur l exterieur, sent mauvais, et juste a cote des vending machine. Le lit est a moitié defoncé et c est aussi degueulasse sous le lit que la chambre précédente. - un petit dej se limitant a un paquet de cereales et café - aucun menage de la chambre d un jour a l autre

The indoor AND outdoor pools were both disgusting. People were jumping the gate at the outdoor pool and smoking marijuana. The indoor pool was NOT heated as advertised and there was no flow/circulation of the water. You could see the debris just floating on top of the water. I chose this hotel specifically for the indoor/outsoor pool options. Never again!!

John and Felton were amazing. Their professionalism and prompt attention to the details of our check in was on point. The hotel was beautiful and the whirlpool in the room was a really nice addition to a relaxing stay. I will definitely return.

My Husband and I checked out March 17th and realized I had forgot my pillow in Rooom#439. I called the Hotel 2 Hours later. 3Days gone by i called a 2nd time, got put through Housekeeping and left a Message, still no call back until Thursday Afternoon. Found my Pillow and now I'm waiting for instructions to get it back. Doubletree Hilton Augusta Georgia is supposed to Email me FedEx instructions to retrieve my Pillow. Almost a week later and not resolved

I think the rooms are overpriced. Rooms are old, white hospital lights, and paper thin walls. You can hear people walking, opening doors, and having conversations in the hallway. Bring ear plugs.

It’s in a convenient location in Augusta and the front desk staff was very friendly. The room was not in good condition. It didn’t seem dirty so much as just in just general disrepair. The AC didn’t work but we got in late and just needed to sleep. Looking back I wish we’d asked to switch because we all slept terribly but we were thinking we be better off just getting to bed at that late hour than going through the trouble by the time we realized it didn’t work. The iron didn’t work in the room but again by the time we realized that in the morning we didn’t have time to ask for a replacement because we were hurrying off to a tournament, I’m sure the front desk would have been helpful both the evening and morning staff were very welcoming. The room was just not the standard I’ve had at other Hilton locations, including other Doubletrees. There was no trashcan in the room, only in the bathroom. Staining on the walls and bed. Peeling walls. The hallway reeked heavily of marijuana, which I realize to an extent is out of managements control, but it was outrageous. I typically don’t bother leaving negative reviews but this was a rather overwhelming disappointing experience. As soon as we checked in Saturday we couldn’t wait to get out of that room and made it a point to stay out until late that evening so we only had to sleep there and we found even just that difficult and unpleasant.

Terrific service at guest check in. John was friendly, engaging and acknowledged the incoming guests immediately. Upon trying to get to our 4th floor room, the elevator 5th floor light was on. This caused an issue when trying to get back to the lobby/dining lounge. Service in the bar was the best she could do. One tender for the bar when it was full and very busy with food orders. She remained friendly, helpful and courteous.

Friendly Staff! Clean rooms , hiccup with breakfast ticket but everything was successful. Pool could’ve been a little cleaner , I’d replace the real dying flowers with fakes will definitely upgrade the pool room 😊😊

This property is not up to Doubletree standards. It is old and not up to par for the price. First room I checked into the air unit not working… should have been checked prior to making the room available. Restaurant not open? Thursday night and no one here?!
