Very responsive & with nice touches in the apartment that shows he wants guests to have a nice experience.\` This recently renovated 75m² apartment invites you to feel comfortable while away from home and is perfect for four or even six guests. In the closer surroundings you\`ll find a small cafe and a REWE supermarket for all your needs. Also the river \`Lech\` with its city beach is a 15-minutes walk away. Using the tramway you can reach the central square \`Königsplatz\` within 13 and Augsburg\`s central station (\`Hauptbahnhof) within 15 minutes. The tramway-stop \`Lechhausen Schlössle\` can be reached within two minutes from the apartment and is serviced by line 1. It\`s 13 minutes to the \`Königsplatz\` and 15 minutes to central station. Parking is for free for one vehicle on the property and the motorway (Autobahn) A8 is a 5-minute drive away. We provide quality linen and towels as well as a bathroom welcome pack with travel size shampoos. Extra services: \- Late check-out is available at an extra cost subject to availability. \- Cleaning services are available during your stay at additional cost, just let us know and we\`ll get it organised for you. A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay. House Rules 1\.
