The house offers a large south-facing terrace and private and secure parking for 4 cars. On the ground floor you will find a large and bright TV lounge and fireplace with panoramic ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, a second reading and reading lounge, its second fireplace. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet completes this level. Upstairs are three double bedrooms with ocean views, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with whirlpool, shower and toilet. The center of Audierne is about 5 km and the "Pointe du Raz", the most westerly of metropolitan France is only 12 km. Das Haus selber bietet ausreichend Platz und Komfort. Das untere Bad und die schwächelnde Internetverbindung trüben ein wenig den Gesamteindruck.
