Full kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious deck with outdoor dining furniture. Enjoy super fast wifi, a living area with TV and an A/C unit to keep you comfortable during your stay. Important - make sure to read through the Other Things to Note section below. We have a lot of useful information there that is essential to know for your stay. The Space: Our apartment is perfectly situated for both business or pleasure travellers and is equipped with all the necessities you may need! This apartment will be a great choice for your stay with a kitchen, TV, and super comfy queen beds. Here at Zodiak Stays, we provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival. We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible: \- Free WiFi - Super fast and unlimited! \- Coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper \- Shampoo, body wash and conditioner The two bedrooms both have Queen sized beds, and one of the bedrooms has a door leading to the main bathroom as well while the second bedroom has a smaller en-suite. The main room of the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, and dish washer. The living area has a sofa and TV. There is also a beautiful balcony with city views and an outdoor dining table with four seats - great for a cup of coffee in the morning! Please note that the balcony is not fully covered. There is a washing machine and dryer tucked away in a cupboard in the main bathroom. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment The Neighborhood: Everything you need is within walking distance from the apartment! Here are some suggestions for things to see and do on your visit to Auckland: The Viaduct - the best bars and restaurants in the city! The New Zealand Maritime Museum is here, as well as Silo Park where you can watch outdoor films for free in the evening. You can also catch ferries from here to the amazing islands in the Hauraki Gulf like Waiheke, Tiritiri Matangi, and Rangitoto, as well as go on a whale and dolphin safari. Federal Street - next to the Sky Tower (you can't miss it!) There are a lot of really nice bars and restaurants and cafes in this street, as well as the Sky City Casino and of course the Sky Tower. Dine at the top of tower at restaurant with the best views in Auckland, and jump off the Sky Walk to get down Aotea Square - Auckland's cultural centre. Surrounding the square you'll find the Town Hall, Aotea Centre, Event cinemas, and two theatres (The Civic and the Q). The square itself is a nice place to people watch and sip some coffee. An ice-rink is the main attraction here during winter. Albert Park, Art Gallery and the Museum - Albert Park is a lovely place where you can chill and read, and the Auckland art gallery is next door on Wellesley Street. If you keep walking up Wellesley Street, past Auckland University, and across Grafton Road, you will eventually find Auckland Domain which is the biggest park in Auckland and has the Auckland War Memorial Museum, as well as an amazing botanical garden. Karangahape Road (a.k.a 'K' Road) - If you head up the hill on Queen Street, you'll eventually reach K Road, where you'll find Auckland's alternative night scene. Many great bars, live music, shisha cafes, and cheap takeaways are what K Road is known for. Ponsonby – If you head West of the CBD, you will find the Ponsonby area. There is old colonial-style architecture there, many great stores for shopping, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Some of the best restaurants in Auckland are here, especially great for fine dining as this is an up-market area of Auckland. Apart from these mini adventures, Queen Street (main street the city) is filled with shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, live music venues, and more! Make sure you explore High Street as well, which lies just parallel to Queen Street. That whole area is very nice to walk, relax, or dine out in, and tends to be a bit cheaper than Queen Street if you want to do some shopping. If you want to explore further Auckland then you can take a walk towards the Viaduct from the apartment. There you will find Britomart station. (Bus and train) Getting Around: There is the SkyBus to and from the Airport, or via taxi. For trains, busses, and ferries: Britomart bus and train station/Wynyard Wharf Ferry Terminal and Downtown Pier 4\. You can also use the Lime Scooters to get around the city, as well as Uber (or Zoomy – NZ’s version of Uber). Other Things to Note: Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more. Key Pick-Up: The key will need to be picked up from a secure location at the Oneciti air lockbox office in the Heritage Building (35 Hobson Street). This is a different building to the one you will be staying and a 4 minute walk away. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date. Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available. Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $85 fee. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability. Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Stays longer than 21 days will be required to have a mid-stay clean at your expense. Please just send us a message if you need extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use. Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (4x shampoo, 4x bodywash, 6x tea/coffee, 6x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement. Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay. Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am. This is a professionally managed apartment by Zodiak Stays so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service. Dec 10, 2025 Liked: Location Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy This unit is very poorly maintained. The chairs on the balcony are broken and you can not sit on them. This is the only area where you can sit to eat. The window glazing in one of the bedrooms has been broken since December 2023\. It is held together with a temporary window film and a sign saying don't lean on it. The heat pump filters were clogged with dirt making it difficult to cool the unit. Cooling fans are provided but one didn't work. The showers ran hot and cold not a consistent temperature. The bed was 'double' size (not queen) and had bad roll-together. We contacted the host on the first day about the broken chairs.
