The Sundrenched Bach offers 109m2 of space with a big sunny deck on three sides, all situated on an 805m2 section. As you step inside, you'll experience seamless indoor-outdoor flow into a light, bright interior with comfortable furnishings. The kitchen-dining space features a modern kitchen with quality appliances and a dining table, providing the perfect spot for a meal. You'll find two bedrooms, with the possibility of a third by closing the halfway doors in the living dining room. The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the second has a double bed. An additional futon, a spacious bathroom with a separate toilet, and laundry facilities complete this convenient setup. This Leigh location, just an hour from central Auckland, offers plenty of opportunities for exploration. You're close to Matakana Village, Point Wells, Snells Beach, Campbells' Beach, and the stunning Tawharanui Regional Park in the surrounding area.
