Close to numerous safe beaches on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula. Short walk to buses. Close to childrens playground, leisure centre and skate park. This is a good boat ramp at Stanmore Bay. Ferries can be caught at Gulf Harbour to Auckland City and Tiri Tiri Maitangi. Approx. 20 minutes north is Wenderholm Regional Park. Please note : Guest trip information required at the time of booking. Where are you coming from? Who are you coming with? What brings you to the area? Please do not exceed the number of overnight guests which was stated at the time of booking, as your booking could be cancelled or terminated. I have provided the following essentials for short stays, for longer stays please replenish these items. There is tea, coffee, sugar available. A liter of fresh milk and a bottle of mineral water is supplied on arrival. There is also salt, pepper and oil. some basic items are in the fridge. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher supplies, washing powder, fabric conditioner and cleaning products are in the cottage. Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner are provided for guest use for short stays and we request that these are not disposed of or "borrowed". Other grocery items can be purchased from the supermarket, which is 2 minutes away. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. There is a file in the Cottage with a safety card, wifi code, maps of the area etc. Special conditions: Please treat our house as if it was yours and leave as you would like it to be found. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and agree to the House Rules. You will be asked to leave if you breach or choose to ignore them. We have cameras on the main house, for security purposes. Nice layout in the kitchen/lounge/dining area and kitchen has everything you need, even a perfect little dishwasher. Plenty of off street parking as we had a trailer with us. Delighted with this modern, bbeautifully decorated and luxuriously equipped holiday home. We wanted for nothing. The facilities were high quality and I even took home a load of clean washing after our kayak trip. Great location for the popular Puhoi to Wenderholm kayak trip. Very private with no interaction from the owner, but mbl was provided if reqd. Bedroom door requires shaving as it wouldn’t close, but highly recommend to all. It's a lovely cottage, looks exactly like the photos and is fully equipped with everything you would need to make it a home away from home. We would've loved to have stayed longer!
