Situated on a high floor in Citylife Auckland, this cozy studio apartment (hotel room setup, no kitchen) offers a view of Auckland city and is the perfect city escape. Fully furnished and located in a prime spot, with excellent shared facilities within the complex, including an indoor heated swimming pool and gym.

This bright and airy studio apartment is located on a higher floor and offers city views. The apartment features:  
  
\- A queen-sized bed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.  
  
\- A TV with Freeview channels and connected to Chromecast.  
  
\- A dedicated work desk, offering a perfect space to work or study with a view.  
  
\- A kitchenette equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, and mini fridge, ideal for preparing light meals and snacks.  
  
\- Unlimited Wi-Fi to keep you connected.  
  
\- A private bathroom with a walk-in shower.  
  
Please note: This is a hotel style room without a full kitchen. There is a door connecting the adjacent hotel room which has been permanently locked for security purposes.

Pre-Check-In Requirements:  
  
\*We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date.  
  
\*As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. We’ll send the payment link closer to your check-in date.  
  
Self check-in to this apartment:  
  
\*Key pick-up is at 3/22 Durham St West, just 1 min walk from your apartment, further Self-Check In instructions will be sent before your arrival date.  
  
\*There is NO carpark and luggage storage available for this apartment, but you may store your luggage at the key pick up location at a fee.  
  
\*Our check-in time is and after 3pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability.  
  
During stay & Departure:  
  
\*We provide a full set of beddings & linens as well as a set of towels per guest.  
  
Extra linens can be provided at a fee, please get in touch for more details.  
  
\*Extra cleaning service & linens changing can be arranged during your stay at additional cost, the fee would be the same as the cleaning fee listed per clean.  
  
For booking more than 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning would be required at guest’s expense, please contact us to request for this cleaning service in advance.  
  
\*We provide a starter pack of refreshments and essentials that will last for your first few days, please purchase on your own when the stocks are running out.  
  
\* A $100 replacement fee applies per card if any keycard or key is misplaced or damaged upon checkout.  
  
\*Our latest check-out time is 10am.

We'll give guests space, but will be a message or phone call away if you need anything, and guests are welcome to pop into Oneciti Property Management office for any inquiries or a quick chat from 9am-5pm NZ time.
