The initial online booking process was okay, However, the follow up confirmation process was tedious and the request to upload detailed identity details and a selfie did not reflect the current online security protocols. Despite expressing my concerns to Quinovic via telephone, regarding possible Identity theft, the requests continued making me feel stressed.
