Relax on the second story deck of this cute and compact bach and take in the majestic view of the farmland, the bay, and across the water towards Kawau island. Smart and tiny-house-esque living awaits!  
  
Following your arrival, you’ll have no trouble switching to holiday mode as soon as you set foot into Pohutukawa Paradise. Outdoors, raise the umbrella and a chilled beverage and cheers to your well-deserved holiday.  
  
Chill-out indoors in your peaceful retreat, where complimentary WIFI allows you to stay connected throughout your stay, while the Smart TV offers a range of viewing apps for your entertainment.  
  
This property has one well-appointed bathroom and sleeps up to four via a fold-down queen bed in the open-plan living area, and two single beds in a mezzanine above, accessed by a fold-down ladder.   
  
A well-equipped kitchen is on hand to ensure you can whip up a delicious feast for everyone with minimum hassle. Your accommodation offers a heat pump with air conditioning and comfortable furnishings, ensuring this lovely abode is just as functional as it is modern and stylish.  
   
Pohutukawa Paradise is a short walk above the picturesque Martins Bay, with off-street parking.  
  
Located on the eastern end of Mahurangi Peninsula close to Scandrett Regional park, your accommodation provides a base to explore endless beaches, bays and stretches of coast. The suburbs of Algies Bay and Snells beach are five to ten minutes' drive.   
  
You’ll love your Pohutukawa Paradise!  
Please note that there is a retaining wall around the stairs at the house which has no barrier. It is essential that guests take personal responsibility for the safety of their group in this area and refrain from climbing on this ledge. Property features an open-plan living with fold down queen Bed & 2 singles via a fold ladder on the open mezzanine floorAll guests should take care when using the driveway when it is raining as it is steep.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
