It had everything we needed to prepare meals easily.Regarding communication, I flagged issues with receiving links and provided a solution that worked, but the process remained unchanged for subsequent communication. While polite, the team applied a fixed approach that didn’t adapt to improve the customer experience.Overall, a good stay in a fantastic location, and we’d recommend it for anyone looking to be in the heart of the Viaduct. ##### Sharon M.
