Welcome to your private getaway with Rangitoto island views – The perfect blend of relaxation and style, A spacious open-plan living area, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow to a sun-soaked deck with water views.   
  
Located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Half Moon Bay. This 2-storey townhouse boasts spacious and comfortable living, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house that's perfect for families or up to 4 guests.

Entering the ground floor you’ll find the second bedroom fitted with two single beds, the main bathroom, and a full laundry with washer and dryer. Please note the garage is not available for guest use, as the owner’s car is stored there.  
  
Upstairs you are greeted by the bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, alongside the master bedroom with a queen bed and private en suite. The outdoor balcony offers the perfect spot to relax and take in the fresh air after a day exploring.  
  
For parking convenience, the property provides space for two cars in the driveway, with additional off-street parking available.  
  
Local area: Enjoy a beautiful walk around the Tamaki river. The place is located very close various schools including: Pakuranga College, Sunnyhills Primary School, Farm Cove Intermediate and Pigeon Mountain Primary School, all only a 5 minute or less drive away.
