Well-kept place

This was a charming, clean place with good space for some outdoor fun on the deck and in the back yard. The fire pit was a nice amenity for evenings where relaxing was needed.

60th celebration

Myself and my very good from high school were celebrating our 60th birthdays. We and our spouses spent the day in Skaneateles, took a boat tour and shopped. We had an excellent dinner at Elderberry Pond and stayed at Steel hideaway.It was a good location, clean, and we loved the deck. The owner was extremely responsive when I had some trouble getting in and then leaving, both my fault and lack of knowledge. The owner was patient and responded quickly which we appreciated. We would stay again if the opportunity arose.

Pleasant stay

Located on a quiet residental street. Parking right next to front porch (with 2 rocking chairs)steps. Also has a car port for bad weather parking. Comfortable living room with large screen TV. Bedrooms also have TVs. Big plus was furnished deck off of the dining room with steps going down to backyard. Our dog loved roaming in the the fenced-in backyard! Large kitchen could use a table for extra seating or prep but all basic needs provided.
