The property is very clean and well-stocked with necessities. The only downside is that there are steep stairs to get to the unit, which I'm sure is fine for younger tenants, but for two disabled seniors who have just driven 8 hours, it was a lot to face upon arrival! I've reviewed the listing again and don't see any mention of the stairs, so I thought I'd mention it here.
