This brand-new 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome is tucked inside the quiet Tigers Shadow neighborhood, just off Wire Road. Thoughtfully designed with modern finishes and charming Auburn touches throughout, this space is perfect for game days, weekend getaways, or longer stays. Enjoy peaceful surroundings while still being minutes from downtown, campus, and local favorites. Comfortable, stylish, and welcoming. You’ll feel right at home the moment you arrive!  
  
Step inside to a bright, welcoming living room with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day in Auburn. The open-concept layout flows effortlessly into a spacious, fully stocked kitchen and dining area with seating for six, plus four barstools at the kitchen counter, making it ideal for gathering and shared meals. A convenient half bath and laundry area are also located on this level, so everything you need is easily accessible. Just outside, enjoy a patio with outdoor furniture and a cornhole set for laid-back evenings or friendly competition.
