This conveniently located Auburn condo is your perfect getaway for graduation, a long weekend, or gameday! You will be just two blocks from Toomer's Corner and directly across from Auburn's Campus. This newly furnished property with fresh carpet and paint has an open floor plan with a full kitchen with a large seating/serving bar, a large living room with smart TV, and a half bathroom in the hall that provides extra space for getting ready for the big game or event. The condo has two bedroom suites - one King and one Queen, both with private baths, double vanities, a separate shower, and a spa tub. Enjoy your morning coffee or relax at the end of the day on the private balcony. With parking at a premium downtown, you’ll be happy to find two reserved spaces for the unit in the covered garage. This condo is perfect for your next stay in your favorite college town!

Wonderful for a busy wedding weekend

This 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bath condo was wonderful for our quick trip for a family wedding. It was the perfect place to come back and relax after activities with our family. The great living space opened to the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. It was a cozy home away from home. The 2 en suite full bathrooms each had DOUBLE sinks which was a big reason why we wanted to stay here. It was so great to have more space than a hotel room for a great rate. The covered porch was nice to relax in the morning and evening. The location was close to everything while still being quiet. All in all, our 2 and a half day trip was still relaxing thanks to staying at Memories on Magnolia:) Thanks so much:)

Visit with Grandkids

The location was great with lots of restaurants within walking distance. We had great time visiting family that lives there. Baked cupcakes for grandkids bIrthday, played games on balcony. Large family room with enough room for everyone to sit. drawback was when I went to use coffee maker the filter was still there & had mold. Looked like it had been there for long time so not sure when last rented. There was a women’s pair of rolled up underwear in one drawer. The ice machine didn’t work either. We did call when we left & they said they would report the ice maker for repairs

Amazing weekend in Auburn

My sons and I were in Auburn for my daughter. She is a senior graduating in May and they were presenting a fashion show to display the designs they have created. We stayed at this property and the convenience of the location was amazing. The condo was very clean , comfortable and so welcoming. I wish I would have discovered this spot the last three years! Highly recommend this property !!!

We recently were in town visiting Auburn with our daughter and had a great stay at Memories on Magnolia. We loved that it was close to everything and walking distance to campus, shops & restaurants. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio at night and the condo was very clean & well stocked. We will definitely stay here again!
