This fully furnished game-day loft is ideal for those who want to be right in the middle of the action! You quite literally can't get closer to downtown Auburn!

This 500 square foot studio bedroom (queen bed), sleeper sofa, additional loveseat, and one bath loft sleeps up to 4(queen pull out sofa) (six could fit as the loveseat reclines comfortably) and is located in the heart of downtown Auburn. This location offers all the beautiful amenities and charms that will make it easy to fall in love with the loveliest village on the plains. Experience the sights and sounds of downtown Auburn while relaxing on the top floor of an original downtown building. Walk anywhere while enjoying the added convenience of having your very own private parking spot right behind your lodgings.

This location is ideal- in downtown and a half block to Auburn's campus makes for a less than ten-minute walk to Jordan-Hare Stadium. Auburn's best dining and shopping are on your block!

What to expect:

THIS APARTMENT IS IN AN HISTORIC BUILDING AND HAS A SMALLER THAN AVERAGE SHOWER. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK, AND THEN GIVE A BAD REVIEW BECAUSE THE SHOWER IS NOT A NORMAL SIZE.

Convenient charm! The open living/dining area make entertaining effortless. Hardwood floors add class and minimize worry, free wifi, stocked kitchen supplying fresh coffee, stocked bathrooms, washer and dryer unit, games, books, and more. All of this with the added view of our quaint downtown may make it hard to ever leave!

BRING YOUR PET! Pets are welcome, please know there is an $65 charge per pet, per reservation. Any pet other than a dog must be cleared with the host prior to arrival!

This little studio apartment was so cozy! The bed was so comfy I feel like I should get a new mattress when I get home! The building is clearly older, and it's true that the shower is small, but I'm 6'4" and I was still able to bathe comfortably. As it is right on the north side of campus, it's a quick walk for food and drinks. The dedicated parking space is a huge plus. Tremendous value for the price! My colleagues stayed in various hotels around town and I think I was the only one who didn't have some sort of complaint. I highly recommend these accomodations!
