« This place was great for our sister weekend! Everything very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Host was receptive to questions beforehand and answered quickly. We enjoyed Mexican food at El Camino nearby. If we are in the area again we will definitely consider another stay!! »

« Basic townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Can walk to downtown Ferndale. Am very annoyed about the large damage deposit which was charged when I booked months ago and then took nearly 2 weeks to be refunded. Owner says it's up to VRBO. How about a hold at check in? »

« Super spacious, clean, and cozy suite with a comfy bed and modern amenities just a short walk from all the shops, restaurants and bars in downtown Clarkston! Kitchenette stocked with quality teas, coffees, and breakfast foods also included. Annie, our host, was very kind and prompt to answer all of our requests. Highly recommend this property. We’ll be staying again! »

« The space was comfortable for our family of 4 while we were in town. Walkable to downtown was nice. Hoped the breakfast would include homemade or local items but was a basic store bought selection, less than a continental hotel breakfast. Guests should be okay with street noise when staying in this unit. Nicely decorated! »

« We stayed here for 2 weeks for business and it worked out great. Having a garage was a big plus with the snow we had while we’re there. The carpet and walls are showing their age, but the townhouse was well equipped! Great communication from the host. »

« My wife, myself and 2 adult sons were in town for an afternoon wedding in Detroit. We rented the loft for a family after-party as downtown was a madhouse with the draft in town. 34 of us gathered there from 7-11pm and were more than comfortable. The neighborhood is still in need of rejuvenation but there are few people around and we felt totally safe the entire time. The loft is indeed a gem in the rough. Hope to rent again next time we're in town. »

« This place was terrible. Should never have been listed. Ceilings dirty, previously wet and sagging. Carpet ripped and FILTHY. Horrible patchwork pink paint covering dirt and graffiti in the hallway. Host never responded with entry information. It was all bad. Vrbo did set me up in a hotel for 3 of my 5 nights then I had to find lodging for the rest of my stay Awaiting my refund for that. »

« This apartment was vintage and completely clean. The apartment can include a romantic theme for couples, as well as, a quiet stay for friends or small family. The Host is also a great aid and extremely nice. 👌 »

« Newly renovated was the only positive. Wasn’t upfront about the plugged toilet and tried to mask the smell by locking the door and putting bleach in the bottom of the dishwasher and Lysol. Was promised 2 bathrooms and 4 adults from different families had to use one. A charge of garbage disposal for $50 We were from a different country - where is the garbage going to go. Back to Canada 🇨🇦 »

« This is such an amazing property / Loft! The owner went above and beyond with nice personal touches to make our stay very memorable. The communication was immediate and very clear and the property itself is as nice if not nicer than the pictures. Our kids (6 and 9) enjoyed the books and games and the adults enjoyed the awesome massage chair. Parking is very convenient and there are dozens of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. This was a wonderful experience and we will for sure...

« We had plans all over the metro Detroit area, so this worked well as our place to settle in for the night! The place is quiet and very well stocked. HUGE TV in the 2nd bedroom, which impressed my hubby :) All 3 beds were different surfaces (1 was memory foam), so you should find one that fits your sleep comfort. Thanks for making our 1st time using VRBO so easy and pleasant! »

« This property was late minute but it was just what we needed. My daughter wanted to get away for the night and have access to a pool and this stay was perfect! I always overpack cleaning supplies, towels, etc.. but she was fully stocked on everything. Shanae was quick to respond every time I needed her. We really enjoyed our overnight trip. I’m pretty sure we will book again. »
