J'imagine que j'ai été "upgradé", puisque je n'ai pas eu la chambre simple confort que j'avais réservée,qui avait l'air cozy, mais une plus grande... triste et avec vue sur le parking du supermarché voisin. Plus généralement, une ambiance d'hôtel d'Europe de l'Est dans les années 1990, des conseils erronés sur les restaurants ouverts, on ne m'a même pas dit bonjour au petit-déjeuner. Triste,...

« Absolutely lovely. The staff was super nice and we had a blast. The room was clean, warm and very comfortable, with some small cake at our arrival. We ate at the restaurant and it was really good, the breakfast was too. They had milk alternative for our son and everything was great. Perfect »

« Vu de l'extérieur et d'en face, l'hôtel est plein de charme et plutôt sympathique, mais l'environnement n'est vraiment pas terrible. Par contre le parking est gratuit et ça c'est bien pour aller au centre de Galway à pied en 25 minutes. L'accueil a été très bien. Les points négatifs : lorsque nous sommes rentrés dans la chambre, il y avait une mauvaise odeur qui venait de la moquette. La ventilation de la salle de bain fait un bruit pas possible. Ceci dit, elle ne fonctionne que lorsque vous...

"Hello. This hotel is supposed to be 4 Star. Hotels.com sells it as such. Not true. For European travellers, this is a 2 to 3 star hotel. For goodness sake, it was even impossible to close the bathroom door! Other “4 Star” hotels during our stay in Ireland were “OK” but this was a huge disappointment. Do not believe the photos, it’s depressing especially at this price point."
